Carol Jane Thompson

Carol Jane Thompson went to heaven, Monday, March 26, 2018. Carol was born April 30, 1940, to the late Sam and Hilda Jackson. She is preceded in death by her mother, Hilda V. Jackson; sister, Ruth Bregy; brother, Thomas Jackson; grandchildren, Chase A. Rexroad and Stephanie Kramer; and husband, Lacy Thompson.
She is survived by, two sons, James (Vanessa) Smith, of Lackawanna, NY, and Michael (Amanda) Heath, of Zanesville; two daughters, Evelyn (Clayton) Smith, of Zanesville, and Christine (Bret) Rexroad, of Flagler Beach, FL. 
Carol loved her grandchildren, Jennifer Smith, Glen White, Turrel Smith, Nick Smith, Nate Smith, Talisha Portis, Megan Smith, Jeremiah (Angie) Olney, Roman (Keisha) Van Dyne, Cory (Jack Back) Van Dyne, Nicole (Dustin) Foraker, Matthew (Heather) Bailey, Amanda Kramer, Brayden Heath, Michael (Tiffany) Heath, Jr., Michael (Julia) Hinkle, Brandon (Amy) Rexroad, and Jarred Rexroad; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and one very special cousin, Chuck (Teresa) Yzenski. 
Per her wishes, cremation has been chosen. A memorial in Carol's honor will be held at a later date. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
