David Anthony Evans, 31, of Zanesville, died Wednesday, June 8, 2016 following a lengthy illness. He was born on June 25, 1984 to Carmen Evans and the late David Evans. In addition to his father, David is preceded in death by his daughter, Taeonna Evans.

He leaves behind to mourn his passing, his mother, Carmen Evans; his son, David A. Evans III; brothers, Jason Mayle of Zanesville and Robert Jones of Columbus; a sister, Alicia Dickinson of Zanesville; many aunts, uncles, and cousins, as well as a host of other relatives and friends. David is sure to be missed by many.
