Eugene Herbert Sims, age 66, of Zanesville, died Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at Genesis Health Care System. Eugene was born on May 1, 1951 to the late Anna (Davis) and Richard Sims. 
Eugene leaves behind to mourn his loss, a sister, Karen; a brother, Richard (Sylvia), of TN; a niece, Lisa; a nephew, Jason; special cousins, Barbara, Judy and Tammy, of AZ, Joe and Dan of CA, and Debbie of Zanesville; two special pet dogs, Sissy and Precious; and a host of other family and friends.
Eugene was an avid Disney fan. He thoroughly enjoyed visiting Disney World/Disney Land. Eugene also loved the outdoors and spent some of his free time on camping trips. He is sure to be missed by many. Per Eugene's wishes, cremation has been chosen and no services will be observed at this time. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
