Jamie Edward Bender, 45, of Cambridge, Ohio passed away Sunday, August 6, 2017 at Genesis Hospital. Cremation has been chosen, and no services will be observed, per Jamie's wishes. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
