Janice May Klinehoffer, age 76 made her journey to heaven on Friday, March 18, 2016. She was born August 27, 1939 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late James and Agnes Hunter.
She was a homemaker, loved company, talking to her family and friends, playing cards and was an avid bingo player. She is survived by five sons, Charlie, James (Tonya), Dave (Elaine), Rick (Tracy), and Mike (Jodi) Klinehoffer, all of Zanesville; two daughters, Patricia (Ike) Henry and Linda (Eddie) Grimes, also of Zanesville; 20 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ronald and Fred Hunter; a cherished aunt, Doretta Spinks; beloved cousin Betty Tilley; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. Janice held a special place in her heart for her grandson, Justin Davis.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, James Hunter; the father of her children, Charles Klinehoffer; a sister-in-law Joann Hunter; daughter-in-law, Lori Klinehoffer; and a grandson, Jeffrey L. Terrill.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, March 21, 2016 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Burrell Funeral Services, 414 LaSalle Street with the services to follow at 6 p.m. Cremation will follow with a graveside service at a later date. After the services, a wake will be held at FOE 302, 1275 East Market Street, Zanesville, Ohio.
