Lorena Norris, 75, died May 23, 2016 at home surrounded by family. She was born February 14, 1941 to the late Leo and Hulda Lucas in Cutler, Ohio. 
Lorena attended Bartlett Elementary School and worked at Essex Wire for over 25 years and also was a Genesis Caregiver. 
Survived by four grandchildren, Alicia (Eugene) Dickinson, Tomasina Hill, Allen Henderson, Lee Henderson all of Zanesville; six great-grandchildren, Shaylanna Hill, Jerry Norman, Kaylieanna Dickinson, Michelle Hill, Lee Allen Henderson, Jr., LJ Henderson; one great-great-grandchild, Aria Jackson; nine stepchildren, Susie Newman, Vicky Norris, Larry Norris, Kathy Coleman, Janice Chrenshaw, Beverly, Greg, Stephanie and Katina Norris and many step grandchildren; two brothers, Grovner (Pam) Lucas of Stewart, Ohio, Willie Lucas of Cutler, Ohio four sisters, Venis (Ernie) Mayle of Malta, Mary (Edward) Mayle of Columbus, Hazel (Neil) Lucas of Stewart, Ohio and Patty Mayle of Amesville; several nieces and nephews and special friend, Rudy bishop.
Preceded in death by father, Leo Lucas; mother, Hulda Lucas; husband, Herbert Norris; daughter, Rebecca Henderson; brother, Jesse Leon Lucas; sister, Doris Mastis and stepson, Bruce Norris. 
Viewing will be Monday, May 30,2016 from 6 to 8 PM at Burrell Funeral Services, 414 LaSalle Street. Funeral service will be Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 12 PM at funeral home. Burial will follow in the Southland Cemetery Condolences may be expressed at left.
