Normah Jean Hughes, 83, of Roseville, passed away Thursday, April 14, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 7, 1933, in Roseville, Ohio to the late Isreal and Nora (Miller) Henning. Normah was the last of her eleven siblings. In addition to her parents, Normah is preceded in death by her loving husband, David E. Hughes, to whom she was married to for 51 years. 
Normah is survived by her two children, a daughter Crystal Hughes, and a son, Scott (Bertha) Hughes, of Duncan Falls; three grandchildren, Tiffany (Jason) Hillis of Zanesville, Michael (Megan) Hughes, of Columbus, and Dusty (Melissa) Hughes, of Roseville; four great-grandchildren, Ali and Brook Hillis, and Landen and Jaden Hughes. 
Normah retired from the Crooksville Fire and Police department after 20 years of dedicated services. She enjoyed attending her monthly classmate dinners and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Cremation has been chosen and there will be no funeral service, per Normah's wishes. A graveside burial service will be arranged at a later date. burrellfuneralservices.com
