Rickey L. Means, Sr., f Zanesville, died Sunday, December 10, 2017. Rickey was born February 17, 1952 to the late Winslow and Edna (Jones) Means, Jr. In addition to his parents, Rickey is preceded in death by a son, Jason Richard Norris; a brother, Ernest "Punky" Singleton; and a sister, Charmalean Means.
Rickey leaves behind to mourn his passing, Rico James Sweeney, Kianna D. Norris, Kennia J. Norris, Kiersten Dawn, Kaylee R. Norris, Karynm A. McCreon, Payton Dunaway, John (Lois) Singleton, Rico Singleton, Michael (Victoria) Means; special friend Barbara Linicome; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Rickey was an avid golfer, tennis player and bicyclist. He was a beloved father, papaw, brother and uncle. He is sure to be missed. No services will be observed at this time and cremation has been chosen. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
