Robert D. Walls, age 70, of Zanesville passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017 at his home surrounded by his caring family. He was born October 22, 1946 in Kansas City, KS to the late RJ E. and Donna J. (McAdams) Sipes. 
Robert leaves behind his dedicated and loving wife of 47 years, Patricia E. Walls; 8 sons, Mike (Aimee), William, James (Anne), Robert (Erica), David (Kelly), Philip (Jennifer), Brent, and Brian (Destini), all of Zanesville; a daughter, Patricia R., of Zanesville; 34 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; a brother, Randy (Paula) Sipes; 5 sisters, Sharon (Wayne) Wells, Debbie (Chuck) Shelton, Linda (Mark) Reynolds, Darlene (Danny) Roberts, and Carrie Crenshaw.
Robert is a veteran of the United States Army, in which he served in 1963/1964. He was also a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. Robert is sure to be missed by many. You may call on the family Friday, May 19, 2017 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m., with funeral services to start at 1:30 p.m. at Burrell Funeral Services, 414 LaSalle Street. Pastor Gaye offciating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.  A repass meal will follow the service at the home of Robert and Patricia Walls. Condolences may be expressed at guest book link.
