Betty Kreuter Obituary

Betty Kreuter passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Morrison Hospice Facility in Zanesville. She was born April 14, 1928 in Zanesville to Lawrence and Lucy Wickham. Betty graduated from South Zanesville High School in 1946. She enjoyed traveling, listening to concert music, genealogy, and spending time with her family and friends. Betty was a life long member of Coburn United Methodist Church and a member of the Airstream Club.
Betty is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, David Wickham and Donald Wickham; sisters, Evelyn Wickham and Dorris Dennis; and grandson, Rod Kreuter. 
She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Richard; sons, Gene (Diana), of Zanesville, Ron (Molly), of Mansfield, Bob (Donna), of Pataskala, Randy (Pam), of Coshocton, and Rick, of Coshocton; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; nieces, Sue Border, Connie Adkinson, and Marcy Walmack; and nephew, Jodi Dennis.
Calling hours will be held from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., Thursday, August 16, 2018, with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m., at Coburn United Methodist Church, 3618 Maple Ave, in Zanesville. Caring cremation will follow. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to all the Morrison Hospice staff, that gave Betty such special care. They also wish to thank the James Cancer Hospital at The Ohio State University. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
