Celestia E. Myers, of Zanesville, passed away on Saturday, September 30, 2017 at her home. Celestia was born May 30, 1932 to the late William H. and Gertrude (Stinson) Myers. In addition to her parents, Celestia is preceded in death by sisters, Murial Myers, Martha Fields, and  Catherine Joan Myers; and a brother, Wesley Chester Myers.
Celestia leaves behind to mourn her loss, her sister, Carol (Gerald) Knapp, of Bellville, OH; 5 nephews; 2 nieces; many great nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
Celestia was a member of Lifeway Apostolic Pentecostal Church on Maysville Pike in Zanesville. You may call on the family Wednesday, October 4, 2017 at Lifeway Apostolic Pentecostal Church, 2450 Maysville Pike, Zanesville, OH from 3 p.m. until 4 p.m. with services to follow at 4 p.m. Burial will take place the next day, October 5, 2017 at Jerome Township Cemetery, Jerome, Ohio. Graveside services will begin at 2 p.m. Pastor Jim Henderson officiating. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
