Connie Lou (Mayle) Henderson

Connie Lou Henderson, 79, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. Connie was born August 4, 1938, in Zanesville, to the late Sidney and Myrtle (Kennedy) Mayle. In addition to her parents, Connie is also preceded in death by her husbands, Harold E. Henderson, and Frank Lewis Tolliver, Sr.; brothers, Donald V. Rush, Sidney Mayle, Jr., Eugene Mayle, Paul Mayle, Keith Mayle, and Maurice Mayle;  sisters, Verna Johnson, Genivive Kennedy and Mary Mayle Fisher.
Connie leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Nuakahra (Frank L. Tolliver, Jr.), Anita Callion (Steve) , Joseph D. Tolliver, and Ruth I. Matthews; grandchildren, Shanetta Mickey, Ariel Callion, Domonique Callion, and Gabrielle Tolliver; great-grandson, Aamir Hayes; siblings, Carol Moses, Lila Mayle, Joyce Mayle, and Kathy Goins; many beloved nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Connie graduated from Adamsville High School in 1957, where she excelled in geography. Connie was an avid fisher, she had even been featured in 'Fish Ohio'. She loved to help any and all in need. Connie enjoyed listening to the music of Patsy Cline. She also enjoyed watching her favorite football team, The Ohio State Buckeyes. She is sure to be missed by many. You may call on the family Monday, July 16, 2018 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., with funeral services to follow at 1 p.m., at Burrell Funeral Services, 414 LaSalle St. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
