David Michael Bowers, Sr.

David Michael Bowers, Sr., 57, of Zanesville, passed away Sunday, June 24, 2018 at his home. Dave was born March 30, 1961 to the late John L. and Martina E. (Hannigan) Bowers, Sr. In addition to his parents, Dave is also preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Bowers.
Dave leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Tawnya S. Bowers; his children, David (Tabbie) Bowers, Jr., Kayla (Mark) Paxton, and Kourtney Gebhart; siblings, John (Ruth) Bowers, Jr., Mary Anne Nutter, Patty (Mike) Boetcher, and Marty Bowers; grandchildren, Kayden, Kyana, Olivia, Kael, Tylynn, Kutler, and Maddox; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends. 
Dave was a hard working man, he enjoyed his job. In his free time, he enjoyed activities such as fishing, or working on cars. He was an avid football and baseball fan. His favorite teams include the Cincinnati Reds, the Cincinnati Bengals and of course, the Ohio State Buckeyes. Dave is sure to be missed. You may call on the family Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. Burial will take place in St. Paul Cemetery, in Sonora, OH.
