Deveron Lamar Gooden

Deveron Lamar Gooden, 27, of Zanesville, passed away Saturday, November 23, 2019. Deveron was born August 15, 1992 to Joseph M. Gooden and Rhonda J. (Clifford) Gooden.
Deveron leaves to cherish his memory, his loving parents; step-father, Maurice Cody, Sr.; siblings, Jessalyn Gooden, Joseph Gooden, Niko Gooden, Sedrah Rivera, Shykeilah Evans, Tori Gooden, Maurice Cody, Jr. and Shaheem Gooden; several nieces and nephews; dedicated girlfriend of 7 years, Alyssa Wilson; grandparents, Jean Parker, Tommy Parker and Darrel Clifford; best friend of many years, Jordan Ford; beloved dogs Draya, Rasta, Ricky, Axel and Athena; and a host of other family and friends.
Deveron was an employee of Road Safe where he worked as a flagger and enjoyed his job. He was also a member of Joker's Wrath Motor Cycle Club. Deveron was kindhearted and loving to all he knew. He had a passionate love for animals, and often entertained family and friends with his dancing and goofing around. He will be deeply missed.
You may call on the family Wednesday, November 27, 2019 from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 12 p.m., at Burrell Funeral Services. Reverend Clifton Kilpatrick officiating. Cremation will follow. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
