Isaac Iver Goins, 71, passed away at 11:45 PM, April 14, 2017 at his home following a long illness.  He was born to Isaac Hezekiah Goins and Cynthia Caroline (Tabler) Goins-Mayle.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by first wife, Marva Singer Goins; one daughter, Samantha Goins; three sons, Shane, Isaac and Edward Goins; five brothers, Joseph, Rule, James, Ernst and William ‘Billy’ Goins.
He is survived by his wife, Karin "Sheila" Goins; children, Terri (Jeff) Frame, Jon (Carole) Singer, Michelle Bush, Shannon Harding and Kyle Conway; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one brother, Lawrence Goins of Cutler, Ohio; six sisters, Bertha Goins, Diane Settles, Hulda Norris, Charolette Yarlu, Lena Mayle and Margeret Roberts all of Zanesville and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Isaac was a Vietnam Veteran having served in the United States Army for eight years.  He was retired from ZMHA.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR racing and riding his Harley.
Viewing will be Thursday, April 20, 2017 beginning at  9 a.m. with funeral service to follow at 11 a.m. at Wings of Hope Tabernacle Church. Burial will follow in Kilvert Cemetery, Athens county, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed at guestbook link.
