Kevin R. Sparks, age 49, of Nashport, passed away at his home. Kevin was born on August 2, 1968 to Jerry L. and Sharon (Pletcher) Sparks. In addition to his parents, Kevin is survived by his wife, Jayne Sparks; his children, Alex Sparks and Amber Miller; grandchildren, Luke, Koby and Braxtin Miller; siblings, Dawni (Charles) Graham, Terry (Ersa) Sparks, and Sheri (Richard) Lacy; many nieces and nephews; a special companion, his dog Buddy; and a host of other family and friends.
Kevin is preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents; and his mother-in-law, Shirley Bennett. 
Kevin was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and often enjoyed watching their games. He was also known to enjoy outdoor activities, such as gardening. Kevin is sure to be missed by all who have known him. You may call on the family, Monday, September 25, 2017 from 4 p.m. until 5 p.m. with services to follow at 5 p.m. at Burrell Funeral Services. Per Kevin's wishes, a dignified cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Muskingum County Animal Shelter in Kevin's name.  BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
