Rhonda L. Cecil, 52, of Zanesville, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Genesis Healthcare System. Rhonda was born June 7, 1965 to the late Robert and Helen (Peck) Fleming. In addition to her parents, Rhonda is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents. 
Rhonda leaves behind to mourn her passing, her son, Justin Cecil; four grandchildren; a brother, Robert Fleming, of Oklahoma; two sisters, Ruth (Ray) Smith, of  Oklahoma, and Beckie (Wayne) Mays, of Indiana; best friend, Beryl Lynn Dennis; two nieces; two nephews; loving companion, dog B.J.;  and a host of other family and friends. 
Rhonda was a member of the First Baptist Church. She also raised Great Danes and formed great relationships with her dogs. Rhonda was known to always make people laugh, even if she herself was suffering. She is sure to be missed by many. You may call on the family Monday, November 6, 2017 from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. with services to follow at 1 p.m. at Burrell Funeral Services. Minister Dave Nuhfer officiating.
