Sally Gill Obituary

Sally Lou Gill, 56, of Zanesville, passed away Monday, July 30, 2018. Sally was born March 5, 1962 to the late Alfred Gene and Shirley Elizabeth (Giffin) Stires. In addition to her parents, Sally is also preceded in death by a brother, Rick L. Stires; and grandmother Holhzer.
Sally leaves behind to mourn her passing, her children, Allan James, of Columbus, Phillip Gene, of Cleveland, and Kimberly Lynn (Kevin), of Chillicothe; grandchildren, Brandie, Karina, Mason and Faith; siblings, Alfred "Eugene" (Sarah) Stires, Elizabeth "Sue" (Barney) Bailes, Joseph (Tanya) Stires, and Jerry (Kelly) Stires; sister-in-law, Melissa Stires; beloved companion, her dog Katrina; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. 
Sally was an avid fisher, she loved to spend free time fishing. She also enjoyed watching Spongebob on T.V. Sally loved to sing, especially any gospel or country song. Above all else, Sally loved her grandchildren and always enjoyed spending time with them. Her family and friends will miss her always. You may call on the family Monday, August 6, 2018 from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m., at the Union Tabernacle Church, 2433 Hartford Ave. Cremation will follow. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
