Brooke Cheri Palm

Brooke Cheri Palm, 40, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2023. Brooke was born March 9, 1983 in Zanesville, daughter of Angela R. Howard (Palm) and the late Anthony R. Howard. In addition to her father, Brooke is also preceded in death by her grandmother, Catherine Shute; grandfather, Peter H. Palm; grandparents, Andy and Helen Howard, as well as his two sons; her uncle, Pete Palm; best friend, Ricky Held; several cousins, nieces and nephews; and many special friends.

Brooke leaves to mourn her passing, her mother, Angela Howard; her siblings, Alana Palm and Olivia King; nieces and nephews, including Journee and Jaylon; maternal aunts and uncles, Cathy (Richard) Collier, Darrell (Karen) Palm, Darlene Carter-Palm and Jason (Sheila) Shute; several paternal aunts and uncles; numerous cousins; best friends, Rebecca, Amy, Stacy and Jill; and a host of thousands of friends.

Brooke was an outgoing woman who loved to be silly and bring joy to others. She was a lover of dogs, iguanas and lizards. Brooke also loved children. She was a true country girl at heart. She loved to go fishing and listen to her country music. One of Brooke's favorite artists was Kane Brown. She had just recently enjoyed one of his shows where she was able to dance and sing the night away. Brooke was known to always keep a truck. She couldn't hide either, as any truck she drove was adorned in her camo duck tape and skeleton accents. You knew if a truck was Brooke's. Brooke never met a stranger. She breathed life into any room she entered and would turn anyone she encountered into a friend. She is sure to be missed by all who were blessed enough to know her.

You may call on the family Friday, April 7, 2023 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m., at Burrell Funeral Services in Zanesville. Brooke will be laid to rest in Irville Cemetery among her family members. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
