Carlos Leroy Mayle

Carlos L. Mayle, 84, of Zanesville, Ohio went to be with The Lord Thursday, November 18, 2021. Carlos was born May 3, 1937, the son of William "Buffalo Bill" and Emmaline (Norris) Mayle. In addition to his parents, Carlos is also preceded in death by his beloved wife of 51 years, Marlene Kennedy Mayle; sisters, Lucielle Mayle and Betty Preston Mayle.
Carlos leaves to cherish his memory, his four children, Tammy (Dave) Gill, Terry L. Mayle, Sr., Christy L. Mayle and Pamela S. Mayle; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a great-great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and loved ones.
Carlos retired from Local Union 530 as an Ohio Laborer after 40 years of dedicated work in Zanesville, Ohio. He enjoyed restoring antique furniture and he certainly had a knack for the craft. Carlos enjoyed his daily walks through the golf course. He had a green thumb, keeping an immaculate yard and beautiful gardens. Carlos was a good man, he would help anyone he could and loved to make other people happy. He will be deeply missed.
You may call on the family Monday, November 22, 2021 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., funeral service to follow at 1 p.m., at Burrell Funeral Services. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Minister James Wallace officiating. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
