Carmen Elaine McConnell

Carmen Elaine McConnell, 50, of Columbus, Ohio, found eternal peace on Monday, September 20, 2021. Carmen was born August 14, 1971 to Terry L. McConnell and the late Marian (Jarvis) Toman. In addition to her beloved mother, Carmen is also preceded in death by a brother, Charlie McConnell; aunt, Julie McConnell; and her great-grandmother, Carmen Jarvis.
Carmen leaves to carry on her legacy, her beloved daughters, Danielle McConnell, Alexis McConnell and Lachelle Clifford; her grandchildren, Aubrey, Ariel, Andrew, Jr., and Amore; her dad, Terry L. McConnell; brother, Terry McConnell; many nieces; Lachelle's dad, Michael Clifford; step-father, Dan Toman; step-mother, Julie Toman; a host of other family and many, many friends.
Carmen was an outgoing, bubbly and fun woman. She was the life of the party, with a smile that could light up a room. Carmen enjoyed her work at The Eagles, where she had many work friends whom she loved. She was a friend to all, never meeting someone she couldn't strike up a conversation with. Carmen was loved by many, and her presence will be deeply missed.
You may call on the family Monday, September 27, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. Pastor Keith Wyatt officiating. Per the family's wishes, cremation will follow. MASKS ARE REQUIRED. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
