Christie Lynn Bumgardner

Christie Lynn Bumgardner, 50, of Zanesville Ohio, passed away on Thursdays, June 5, 2025. Christie was born on September 2, 1974. She is preceded in death by the father of two of her sons, William Bumgardner.

Christie leaves to cherish her memory, her three boys, Jeremy (Kelsey) Rhames, Max Bumgardner and Timothy Bumgardner; grandchildren, Alauna, Cora, Synova and Melrose; siblings, Jason Rhames; sister-in-law, Debbie Whalen and Diane McDonald; brother-in-law, Mark Bumgardner; as well as several other friends and family. 

Christie loved to watch Hallmark movies in her free time. She was the most loving, compassionate, forgiving person you could ask for. Christie had a strong spirit and faith. She was a very brave person that would do anything for anyone. She had a bond with her sons, who she taught many things too. She always enjoyed scrapping and having a good time. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.

Per Christie’s wishes, cremation has been chosen. You may call on the family on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 11 am until 1130am with a memorial services starting at 1130 am at Burrell Funeral Services in Zanesville. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
