Evelyn Weatherspoon

Evelyn Weatherspoon, 88, of Zanesville Ohio passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2024. Evelyn was born on September 1, 1936, to Charles Dewy and Clara (Norris) Croston. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband whom she married on May 25, 1957, Gabriel Weatherspoon Sr.; son, Gabriel Weatherspoon Jr. and 11 siblings.

Evelyn leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Carman Rogers, Aaron Weatherspoon and Jonathan Weatherspoon; 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; siblings, Leroy Croston and Juanita Croston; as well as several other friends and family.

Evelyn enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was so loved by everyone that knew her. Evelyn will be deeply missed by all. 

You may call on the family at Burrell Funeral Services on Monday, November 4, 2024, from 12 pm until 1 pm. Burial will follow calling in Woodlawn Cemetery. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
