Francine Lee Goins

Francine Lee Goins, 51, of Zanesville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 following a sudden illness. Francine was born July 23, 1969 to Betty Lou (Goins) and the late Andrew Hatchett, Sr. In addition to her father, Francine is also preceded in death by her significant other of many years, John Anthony "Cue" Sullivan; grandparents, Homer and Hazel Goins; 3 uncles, William Goins, James H. Goins and Donald L. Howard; and a special friend, Ryan McCuen.
Francine is survived by her beloved daughter, Johanna (Suede) Starcher; her mother, Betty Lou (Sam) Mitchell, Jr.; siblings, Andrea (Cam) Riggs, Lewis "Binky" (Stephanie) Goins and Adam C. Hatchett, Jr.; several aunts and uncles, including a special aunt, Frances Howard; her mother-in-law, Teresia Sullivan; cherished pet, Diamond; many nieces, nephews and cousins, including nieces, Mercedes and Lakisha McDonald and nephews, Trent and Casedy Goins; and a host of other family members and many friends.
Francine was an avid football lover, often cheering on her Buckeyes, Cowboys and the Alabama Crimson Tide (Roll Tide). Her loving and caring heart led Francine to a career in the medical field. She became a nursing technician and in turn helped many. Francine held a vast amount of unconditional love for her family, her friends and her beloved dog, Diamond. Her love and laughter will be greatly missed.

You may call on the family Wednesday, January 6, 2021, from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m., with funeral service to follow at 1 p.m., at Burrell Funeral Services. Minister Michael Norris officiating. Cremation will follow. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
