Harry William Reger, Sr.

Harry William Reger, Sr., of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025, at his home. Harry was born March 18, 1945, in West Virginia, the son of John and Edna Reger. In addition to his parents, Harry is also preceded in death by his stepson, Matthew Allan Gard; and a best friend, "Dirt".

Harry leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Jason (Kaela) Reger and Harry William Reger, Jr.; grandchildren, Jacob, Cassandra, Emily, Abi and Cody; one great-grandson; former wife, Bonnie (Danny) Sheets; sister, Linda Reger; and a host of many friends and other family members.

Harry dedicated service to our country, serving as a US Marine. He was a member of the Jefferson Jay Hawks in Dresden. Harry was also a member of the Eagles 302. He loved sports, especially The Ohio State Buckeyes and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Harry enjoyed going out for ice cream. He especially enjoyed spending his free time outdoors. He was a wonderful man, father and grandfather who is sure to be missed.
