James Toby Coffey

James Toby Coffey, 56, of Zanesville Ohio, passed away on December 4, 2025. Toby was born on December 8, 1968, to James T. and Marilyn (Bagent) Coffey. Toby is preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn (Bagent) Coffey.

Toby leaves to cherish his memory, his father, James (Vicki Hunt) Coffey; siblings, Jane "Tab" (Jason) Miller, nieces, Brook Brady, Kenzie and Dalton Miller, all of the Coffey family, as well as several other friends and family.

Toby lived an eventful life, enjoying playing softball when he was able. He also enjoyed a nice beverage of his choice in his free time. In his younger days you could find him at a concert or enjoying a social event with his friends and family. Toby worked as a painter for many years. He will be missed by all that knew him.

Per his wishes, cremation has been chosen. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
