Joseph "Joey" Anthony Tracey

Joseph “Joey” Anthony Tracey, 38, of Zanesville, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019 at his home. Joey was born October 14, 1980 to Crystal E. (McCormic) and the late Jimmie L. Tracey.

In addition to his father, Joey is also preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents; and two special cousins, Stephanie Hamilton and Shane Tracey.

Joey leaves to cherish his memory, his loving mother, Crystal (McCormic) (Jeff Schneider) Tracey; his fiancé and life companion, Kayla Gray; brother, Jamie Tracey; sister, Kala (Mike) Seaton; son, Colton Sims; nephews, Anthony, Marcus, Dominque, Haizen, and Bentley; God-Daughter, Deserae; his future father and mother-in-law, Tom and Patty Gray; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other family and friends. 

Joey loved outdoor activities including hunting and fishing. He also spent his free time working on cars, bringing them back to life. Above all else, Joey enjoyed the time spent with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed.

You may visit with the family Friday, June 21, 2019 from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Burrell Funeral Services. Cremation will follow. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
