LeRoy A. Tipton

LeRoy Andrew Tipton, 77, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2023 at Genesis Hospice. LeRoy was born September 8, 1945 in Zanesville, son of the late Fred and Alma (Crock) Tipton. In addition to his parents, LeRoy is also preceded in death by his granddaughter, Katie; and brothers, Bernard and Raymond.
LeRoy leaves his sons, Carl and Paul Tipton; grandchildren, Andrew, Sr. and Tiffany; great-grandchildren, Payten, Andrew, Jr., Averii, Dayton and Daylen; siblings, Karol Pearis and Richard Tipton; and the mother of his sons, Trudi Joseph. 
LeRoy was a skilled diesel mechanic by trade. He dedicated 35 years of employment to Ohio Cat before taking his retirement. Per the family's wishes, cremation has been chosen and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
