Mason Scott Malaby-Martin, born 3/7/11, was called home by the Lord while surrounded by his loving family on 5/14/26. Mason was a very special young man who had a huge heart and was quite a goofball when he wanted to be. From his iconic catchphrase, “get you,” to his great big hugs, his loved ones will miss him until they see him again in Heaven.
Mason is survived by his mom, Gloria Martin; mother, Amy Roman; father figure, Uncle Terry Siders; grandmother, Amy Flowers; siblings, Collin (Abby) Miller, Hailey (Zack) Brobst, Gabriel Brobst, Dylan and Aubree Asche, Hayden Leib; aunts and uncles, Catrina (Terry) Siders, Samantha (Jason) Morse, Robert Risner II, Denise Pence and Terri and Jason Carmon; nephews, Oliver and Oakley Miller, Tazlyn Brobst; cousins, Kya Hazelbaker, Paelyne Dunkle, Lilia Morse, Reagan and Alyssa Siders, Ellie, Robert Wesley III, Serena Risner, and Cheyenne Bush. He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, George and Arlene Curran; uncles, Glenn Martin, Dave Pence, and Wyatt Malaby.
The family requests that donations be made to Shriver Hospice in Zanesville in lieu of flowers. His hospice team — Janet, Kathy, and Penny — as well as Rev. Rob, were greatly appreciated by the family. A Celebration of Life will be held on 5/30 at 5:00 p.m. in Grove City at Catrina and Terry’s home, 3197 Kingswood Drive, Grove City, OH.
