Ricky Dean Tabler

Ricky Dean Tabler, 68, of Zanesville Ohio, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at OSU East surrounded by his family. Ricky was born on May 15, 1956, to Clifford and Chloris (Kennedy) Tabler. In addition to his parents, Ricky is preceded in death by his sister, Janet Rivera; brothers, Marvin Kennedy, Wendall Tabler, Roger Tabler and Russell Tabler; nephews, Jayjuan Sherrell, Jeremy Blackwell, Lino Evans Rivera and Jordan Rivera.

Ricky leaves to cherish his memory, his sister, Vickie Mayle; brothers, Larry and Clifford (Leon) Tabler; significant other, Georgiana Burtnett; several nieces and nephews; as well as many other friends and family.

Ricky was employed at Bethesda Hospital in the laundry department for many years. He enjoyed cookouts with his family. Ricky also enjoyed watching TV, especially the news. He will be missed by all that knew him. 

You may call on the family on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at Burrell Funeral Services in Zanesville from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2024, starting at 11 a.m. at Burrell Funeral Services. Following funeral services, Ricky will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
