Rita Mae Howe

Rita Mae Howe, 64, of Zanesville Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024. Rita was born on August 6, 1960, to John and Lillian (Holbert) Howe. In addition to her parents, Rita is preceded in death by her siblings, Rebecca Johnson, Edith Howe, Vanassa Harrison, Carolyn Mann, Susan Whitehead, Clarence Simmons, John Howe II and William Curtis.

Rita leaves to cherish her memory her children, Zahia "Ish" Howe and Dominique (Tamera) Howe; grandchildren, Zyan, Zyarie, Zoei, Braxton and Bailey; great grandchildren, Kynliani; siblings, Rayshell Wiseman, Vick (Cheryl) Howe and Mary McFee; as well as several other friends and family.

Rita loved to go to BINGO. She also enjoyed gambling in her free time. Rita enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her. 

You may call on the family on Friday, October 11, 2024, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. with funeral services starting at 1 p.m. at Burrell Funeral Services. Burial will follow in Woodlawn cemetery. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
