Robert Allen Fraelich, 77, of Zanesville, Ohio, gained his eternal reward on Thursday, December 17, 2020. Robert was born May 24, 1943 to the late Clyde J. and Mary E. (Lowe) Fraelich. In addition to his parents, Robert is also preceded in death by a sister, Carol Lecrone.
Robert leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved children, Shannon Henderson, Angela (Seth) Norris and Robert Fraelich; his grandchildren, Aydin and Alyssa Foley, Jacob and Acacia Henderson; brothers, Clyde "Jr." (Karen) Fraelich and Gerry (Peg) Fraelich; several nieces; and a host of other family and friends.
Robert grew up on a 260 acre farm in Amish Country, just outside of Clark, Ohio. Over the years, he imparted many stories and words of wisdom concerning the lessons and memories he gathered on the farm, to his children. They will cherish these stories forever. Robert was a talented coon-hunter. He often enjoyed hunting trips with his brothers. Robert was an earnest, honest and kind man. He never spoke ill of others and never complained no matter his situation. In Matthew 5:8, Jesus says "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God". Robert's family finds hope and comfort knowing Robert as one of the purest hearts. He will be deeply missed.
The family wishes to extend their thanks to the Nurses and Aides at Adam's Lane Care Center for their excellent care of Robert. Per Robert's wishes, cremation has been chosen and no services will be observed at this time. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
