Ronald Larry Dalzell, Sr.

Ronald Larry Dalzell, Sr., 81, of Zanesville, passed away Thursday, August 15, 2019 at his home. Ronald was born November 7, 1937 to the late Henry and Linnie Louise (Miller) Dalzell. In addition to his parents, Ronald is also preceded in death by a son, Kris Dalzell; and siblings, Kenneth, Gary and Linda.
Ronald leaves to cherish his memory, his sons, Ronald (Jennifer) Dalzell, Jr., Brad Dalzell, and Eric Dalzell; 11 grandchildren; sister-in-law, Carolene "Sis" Dalzell; daughter-in-law, Tina Dalzell; his four beloved dogs; and a host of other family and friends.
Ronald was a kind hearted man, known to help many of his friends in need. He was a keeper of many things, reminiscent of Fred Sanford in 'Sanford and Sons'. Ronald enjoyed spending his free time bowling. He could often be found in the company of his friends at the local V.F.W., as well as the Eagles. He will be greatly missed. Per Ronald's wishes, cremation has been chosen. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
