Sarah Jeanne Todd

Sarah Jeanne Todd, 79, Dresden Ohio, passed away on Friday, September 6, 2024. Jean was born on May 4, 1945, to Samuel and Alice (Marple) Allen. In addition to her parents, Jeanne is preceded in death by her infant brother and sister, Alice Rushay. 

Jeanne leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband, Charles E. Todd; children, Danny Todd, Lisa Fown, Debbie (Kevin) McDonald and Michael (Lauren) Todd; grandchildren, Rachel Girton, Nichole Girton, Andrew Girton, Dylan McDonald, Avery McDonald, Ryan Todd and Caitlyn Todd; lifelong friend, Shirley; as well as several other friends and family. 

Jeanne enjoyed animals, art and writing stories. One of her favorite places to go was to the ocean. Most importantly, she loved her family and getting to spend time with her children and grandchildren. Jeanne will be deeply missed by all that knew her. 

Funeral mass will take place on Friday, September 13, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Thomas Church in Zanesville. Following mass, burial will be at Mount Olive Cemetery. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
