Terry Alan Taylor

Terry Alan Taylor, 64, of Zanesville, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2020. Terry was born August 19, 1956 to the late Robert Lee and Marjorie (Matz) Taylor. In addition to his parents, Terry is also preceded in death by his brothers, Tommy and Rick Taylor; a brother-in-law, Frank Driscoll; and his great-grandson Kyson Taylor.
Terry leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife, Kathy (Hopkins) Taylor; his sons, Troy (Anna) Taylor and Chris (Stephanie) Taylor, as well as their mother, Pamela Johnson, his daughter, Stacie (Nate) Smith; step-children, Jessica (Amy) Harris and Don (Tammy) Harris; 12 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter,  with a great- grandson on the way; sister, Jeannie Driscoll; nephews, Mike and Frankie; his beloved pet cats, Puff, Buddy Boy, Ralphie, Luke and Manny; as well as a host of many friends and other family members. 
Terry was a skilled painter by trade. He was passionate about music, operating his own 'Vega Boys' DJ service. Terry often provided the music at various weddings, parties and bars. He was also skilled with technology, often fixing computers. Terry had a heart of gold, he was always willing to do what he could for others. If he made a mistake in life, Terry saw to it that he made it right. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He will be deeply missed.
Per the family's wishes, cremation has been chosen and no services will be observed at this time. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
