Thomas Victor Williams, 60, of Zanesville, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 6, 2021. Tom was born August 7, 1960 in Zanesville to the late Asa B. and Shirley A. (Gordon) Williams. In addition to his beloved parents, Thomas is also preceded in death by his sister, Linda J. Peterson; brother, Douglas Lee Williams; and a nephew, Todd Michael Peterson.
Thomas leaves to mourn his passing, his loving sister, Marsha (Charles) Ball, of Zanesville, as well as her son, Adam Nicholson; special nieces, Angela (Shawn) Saxton and Janette (Javier) Perez; and a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and many friends.
At age 18, Thomas took on a position as one of the youngest drivers at Mattingly Transportation. He went on to dedicate 25 years of service to the company. In earlier years, Tom often enjoyed taking his motorcycle for rides. Thomas was an avid collector of cars, with an amazing Hot Wheels collection. In his free time, Tom loved to dote on his two pet cats, Snoopy and Bobbi Jean. He will be deeply missed.
Per Thomas' wishes, cremation has been chosen and no services will be observed at this time. A celebration of Tom's life will be held at a later date. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
