Robert Russell Henthorne, 53, of Caldwell, went to be with the Lord  April 8, 2016 after a difficult battle with cancer.  He was born July 13, 1962 in Beverly, Ohio the son of Robert and Donna Henthorne.
Rusty was a 1980 graduate of Caldwell High School.  He was a faithful, active member of the Church of Christ, Ullman Street, Beverly, OH.  Rusty ran the family owned Guns and Tires business and was a retired bus driver for Caldwell School after 30 years of service.  He was a kind, friendly, helpful man who never knew a stranger.  He enjoyed chatting with an getting to know his customers and bus riders.  He enjoyed motorbike riding, and family vacations and traveling to all 48 inland states.  He enjoyed spending time visiting with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents, and his brother, Steve.  He will greatly missed by his 3 sisters, Tina Henthorne of Summerfield, Laura (Chris ) Jamiel of Cambridge and Geniece (Al) Chidester of Thornville; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
The family would like to thank Hospice, Summit Acres, Home Health Aid, family and friends for their care and concern through this most difficult time.
You may call on the family beginning at 10 a.m. with a memorial service to follow at 1 p.m., Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Chandler Funeral Home, 609 West St., Caldwell, OH.  Cremation has been chosen per Rusty’s wishes and burial will follow in Keithtown Cemetery.   You may view an online tribute and express condolences at the left.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church of Christ, 512 Ullman St, Beverly, OH 45715.  A meal will follow at the Church of Christ, 631 Main St., Caldwell, OH.  BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
