I have always thought of Rusty as the older quiet Henthorne. When Tina and I would play together as young kids he would be around to make certain we weren't doing/going any where we shouldn't have. As I have lived away from home for so many years I didn't realize how sick he was. Rusty when I see you next in heaven maybe you will let me pay for the free tire/tire repair..to Tina Laura and Neice..I am so sorry that you have lost your brother. If I ever loose one of mine or my sister I know that I will be heart broken.

Rusty was a wonderful, kind soul. I never heard him say a bad thing about anyone. The last time I spoke with him, I had brought 4 ATV tires to be mounted on rims. I stood in the garage with him while he did the work. We talked and laughed about the days when we were in school. Rusty always had a smile on his face and plenty to talk about. Very different from when we were young and he was so quiet... :) I will miss him. He was a good man taken much to soon. Rest in peace Rusty.

Rusty was my bus driver for many, many years. He was gentle soul, never in much of a rush and was a very patient man who ensured we always arrived safely. My stop was the first in the mornings and last in the evening on his route. Rusty would chat with me about anything from wildlife sightings to how my day was, until I arrived home. At Christmas break Rusty would give all the country kids a huge candy bar as they dashed off the bus to enjoy their break. He would give two to my little brother and myself. Thank you for your kindness Rusty and for keeping us all safe. I am grateful to have been kid on your route and to have fond memories of those days. God bless you.
